Kinetic Kitchen developed from our Fold Bar concept of a wrapped ribbon of timber creating a table top and shelving.

 

The client brief called for a counter-height table which could double as overflow kitchen bench space, a small dining table and be capable of extending to accommodate an additional 2 diners. What developed was a combination of a sliding table top and a folding vertical extension.

 

Finally a pair of bench seats fitted with castors and featuring overflow storage for the client's compact existing kitchen were added.
