Fold Bar was a commission to create a breakfast bar for a compact Port Melbourne apartment with the client’s brief calling for something that was “more than just a slab of timber”.

 

What developed was a folded ‘ribbon’ of recycled Messmate wrapping its way from a place to sit at, into a shelf to display items.
